Rental deed - tenant promised will vacate shop

Dear Sir / Madam

I asked my tenant to vacate my shop, refused and said rudely need time of two years from April 2019.

Would it be possible to share a strong rental agreement for 11 months from 1 april 2019 to Feb 2019.

I wish to issue a new rental agreement what would be be steps to be taken so that he said will vacate after two years i.e., feb 2020 Kindly advice how to processed with strong legal points for rental agreement (commercial shop)

Example :
Rental Agreement should i notarize or register to keep strong so that he should vacate after two years Feb 2020.

Dear k s p rao ji, what are the terms and conditions of lease agreement? When did you give him for lease and for which period? and he do not vacate till his lease time expires, how can you give it to rent for others? Rental/lease Agreement shall be registered. state full facts for proper advise.

Do you want to rent out the shop to some other tenant during occupation of previous tenant ?
Vague facts of the query can not lead to form an opinion, however, it would be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper guidance and proceeding.

"Strong rental agreement" - such a term is unknown to law. The occupation, renewal, eviction etc. ought to be based on the local rent laws.
