If the punishment is relates to the charges leveled against you appears to be improper then you can challenge the same before Higher Authorities and/or before Service Tribunal or High Court.

Punishment by management has completed in feb 2019.Iam getting regular salary. Punishment is reducing basic by 4 stages without cumulative effect for 2 years.. Suspension period treated as non spent on duty. Suspension period is one year. Can i get arrears of my increament.
