My father transferred unconditionally, one of his property in my name through a "Deed of Settlement" , by registering in SRO. He continues to live in that house and in the recent years since my husband's death I have also started living with him in the same house. Electricity and Taxes are being paid by me. Can he revoke or cancel the settlement deed. Will that be valid?

It is not valid. However sometimes it will depend on merits and demerits of the case.

Yes, the settlement can be revoked by consent of parties to the settlement.

Show the document of "Settlement Deed" to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation, guidance and proceeding.

1. ONLY a "conditional settlement deed" can be revoked by Father, for some non-compliance from your side. Hence check the clauses.
2. A typical Settlement Deed shall remain non-revocable.
