Fake address given by my wife for dv and 498a case

Dear Sir ,
There are two cases filed against me by wife in Ajmer Rajasthan, DV and 498 A . She has lied to the court and police that and have given a false address of her parents and informed the court and Police that her current address as Ajmer Rajasthan . In reality she is staying Noida along with my daughter for last eight years and even after after separation which took place 3 years ago .
We gave the proofs to the lower court where the DV case is filed they rejected it , so we have filed for an appeal and she is skipping to take the notice . However the in the appeal court the Judge is not granting stay order on the DV case in lower court .
Please suggest what can be done in this case also what steps need to be taken to inform the Police about facts that she has lied address in FIR

You will not get any relief in this regard from any court. The address of her parent's given in both DV complaint case as well Police FIR u/s 498A IPC is well recognised by the court as valid for registering both DV complaint case as well FIR u/s 498A IPC

Dear Sir,
The parental house is only considered if the the wife is staying there post the separation irresespective whereever the incidents may have taken place .. She cannot stay in one city and file a case in another . The lower court had acknowledged what we had to say , but during that time we did not have the proofs . Now we have the proofs and the appeal court has taken the admission of the case .

She will always counter you evidence of stay in NOIDA by stating at the time of filling her DV complaint she was staying with her parents but later moved out and start living in Noida.

She has played it very smart. You have wrongly tied all your hopes on evidence etc. These will not be of any use. If I can recollect I had come across similar query some time back.
Instead of proving where she is residing, and her falsity of address provided, why have you not settled the matter by paying money and taking mutual divorce?
What is that you are looking here? You want to be free of all this headache or you want to simply keep posting story which wont change?

Also to answer the question of Mr Vijay , I have filed a police complaint with Delhi police for verification in her Multinational Company and the company will share all her attendance details for last 3 years . Also the police are trying to investigate with other proofs of her stay in Noida for last three years .

If the FIR registered by Ajmer police, how Delhi police investigating the complaint? Secondly you informed Delhi police about her work in multinational company and stay in Noida for last 3 years and some SI of Delhi police told you they'll investigate this, do you think Delhi police has no other work to do but investigate your complaint which is not even registered as FIR with them?
My dear friend come down to earth and understand the reality, the matter being proceeded in Ajmer by court and police there, you cannot get things done in Delhi just like this by approaching local Delhi police cops.

Dear Vijay Sir ,
If the fraud is done by person staying in NCR against me , I will go to the local police station only where will I go . Someone taking an oath in the court and stating the wrong address isnt this a perjury ? Let the police guide me , if they want me to register the FIR I will be happy to register . All we want the local police to verify the address and place of work . What is wrong in it sir ? I need to share the facts with the court .

When there is case going on, face the issue on merits or try to amicably settle the issue, if feasible. Chasing or pursuing secondary or incidental aspects would only put you on the wrong track.
