Police recorded statement under section 161 and then taken to court to record statement under section 164. I was asked by court that you are not bound to give statement under section 164 and I refused to given give statement under section,, 164 since I hate given statement under section, 161 "and my application was dispose being infrusstics.

No one can compel to give your statement whether u/s 161 or 164 Cr PC.
However, what are the facts of the case ?
Why did you refuse to give your statement and why did you make complaint ?
