Possible provided deptt is ready to give this much leave.

If you have successfully completed the period of 2 years service, the confirmation will be given in due course. As you have put only 2 years service, you shall avail EOL (loss of pay) on private affairs (to prepare for UPSC) and the request for leave shall be submitted in advance (at least before a fortnight).

If sanction authority or department not agree for above reason, what should I do.
Is there any other way or reason for grant leave.
Because I want to say them a solid reason.

Sir some facts about me.
I am a married person having a 5 year Son and a 8 months daughter living 1700 km avay from me with my wife. She is contract base teacher in UP. I am Handicap employee of central government posted in Maharashtra. Can I say them grant leave for care of my daughter or son.
Or Can I told that I am in depression due to family reason.
Please suggest me any solid excuse.

Please sir suggest me any legal advice also

Soon on completion of probation period your case for such long leave for preparation of UPSC shall be declined.

If the authority is not ready to sanction leave then beg fort the same instead of giving hollow arguments.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 07 January 2019
You can benefit from above.

no ground is 100%. You just have to prevail upon the authority to sanction leave.
