Can the Charges be framed in the absence of any of the Accused. If not, what is the solution that is available under Cr.P.C

All accused has to be present for framing of charge.

Sir, Thank you. What if, one of the Accused to delay the proceedings is not appearing before the Court, What is the remedy available under law. Does the Magistrate with its discretionary power dispense the presence of the Accused and frame the charges ? Please clarify ?
