If it is your real problem, please clarify, what was the amount of each individual installment your known person paid you in cash and whether you deposited the same in to your bank account or not?

How much is the balance as per your account ?
Timepass academic topic for debate without any substance.
Is it not abuse of this platform ? LCI Admin to kindly look into such question.

Dear Dr. J.C. Vashista,

I can surely say, it is merely an academic query of a student, not any real problem, if he thinks to sue the drawer of the cheque out of his greed or merely for a paltry amount of service charges of his bank on account of cheque bounce.

No, no, you should be thankful to the Lord Christ, who has directly hailed from heaven to give you advice. You should catch hold of the said garbed advocate, who delivered sermons to you, in the guise of Lord Christ. He is the most talented preacher, who seemed to have earned his degrees of LLB and LLM with distinction by getting Gold Medal also FROM HEAVEN, itself. The earthly shiftless advocates, as he tersely referred, won't be helpful in any way to provide you any solution your academic exercise. Must get hold of that fellow. At least, he has assured you to recover your expenses in your next life, most probably after he returns to heaven from this sinful world.

In the absence of documents ie loans, promissary notes prescribing conditions, it may not be possible to prosecute. You have mentioned as ' known person ' in a lighter vein. No chance for legal action. Dishonoured cheque alone is not sufficient to proceed legally.

I think my question was not clear..He is husband of my college senior...I gave him 70000 and he gave cheque for security...After waiting for almost 8 month I submitted cheque to bank which got dishonoured.i met to a lawyer paid the fee and sent a notice.after 15 days he deposited money through cash deposit machine into my account.meanwhile we also had chat many time.i asked him to pay the extra money I paid to lower but he misbehaved to me.now I just want to file a case against him to teach him a lesson.pls give suggestions...I want to clarify this not any academic question..whenever I asked query here some respected members says that it is academic question...I don't know why...I want to clear here that I m a govt medical officer not a law student.
