Noc from society in regards gift deed by mother

Sir,
My name is Manoj Solanki. My mother is transferring the house in my name through gift deed for which I need to submit the NOC from society. The society had asked for notarized NOC from my other siblings. I have a question when my mother is gifting the same house to me why they require the NOC that too notarized from my other siblings.

The owner of the property is your mother.So the other children are also having right over it.and may claim. In order to avoid such disputes, the relinquishment ie NoC is sought.

If your mother is the absolute legal owner of the property then she does not need an NOC from anyone to execute and register a gift deed.

She can gift it to any one, no NOC required from anybody including society, if there is some truth in the facts posted by you.
