Challenging a registered will

(Querist) 14 October 2018 This query is : Resolved
Respected wise people

My grandparents had two sons and two house.

Grandmother died in 2011
My Father died in Aug 2017
Grandfather died in Dec 2017

After 4 month my Father died

Grandfather used to live with my uncle from 2000
He made a registered will that both houses must be given to uncle
The house in which I am living from 2001 also given to uncle.
The House was bought by father but he registered it on name of grandmother

And we were living it since then ,but now my grandfather gave it to my uncle by a registered will.

What can I do?
Can I challenge will.
I am still living in house

Uncle refused to give me the registry of house in which I am living.

Very simple. Hire the services of some local lawyer, if you want to challenge a registered will. Otherwise forget it.

Some times, you are one son with four sisters of your parents, sometimes you are one son and one daughter of your parents, some times, you want distribution of 400 acres of property among one son and one daughter of a parent, sometimes, you have 60 beeghas of disputed land, some times you gets some dispute with your wife. sometimes, your father dies in the year 2016, as per the following link, and now as per the present description, your father dies in 2017, sometimes, two ancestral properties don't have nomination, but now you find a registered will of your grandfather and you want to challenge the same.

What are all this about you?

It seems, you have all sorts of hypothetical problem in your life. So, better tie up with some consultant locally to help you sort out your problems appropriately at regular intervals.

The house registered in the name of grandmother cannot be given by registered Will by the grandfather as that did not become his absolute property after the death or during her time.
That house after the death of the grandmother was inherited by her husband and all her children. The grandfather could make Will for his share in that house not for entire house which had share of your father and uncle. You inherit share of your father after his death in that house.
Challenge the Will with regard to this house.

If there is some truth in your story (which is prima facie hypothetical) consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/documents, analyse, guide and proceed.
