Share on immovable property

Dear sir,
Iam having registred sale deed done my father when I was minor ( about 15 years) in 1989. After major, I got married in 1996. Meanwhile the land is regularised under corporation and paying taxes. Now my brother is asking share in that property after my father's death. Is it valid?

If a real problem, not any academic query, I can foresee a major problem in your case, if and when a legal dispute is raised by your brother.
