Chs - complaints

(Querist) 11 October 2018 This query is : Resolved
Our CHS management refuses to give me signed acknowledgement for my written complain that my top floor still has leakages after the Just concluded Building repairs by the society. Also they refuse to reply the same and provide me what action they will take.

Further they want me to repair my toilet. Which I am ready to do, but I am asking for resolving my leakages issue before I do internal repairs, but they have refused to comment or acknowledge & have given me notice to do toilet repairs

Please advise

Make a written complaint to the Management. If not obliged, Complain to the Registrar.

Which state is your society located ?
What is probable reason for "non-responsive" MC against written complaints?
Did you sent your complaint "by post", if MC refused to accept "by hand"?
Unbelievable statement.
Consult a local prudent lawyer if there is some truth in your question.
However, if you are located in Delhi and feel may contact me (on appointment between 2.30 pm to 8.30 pm) at:
Ch. No 647, Dwarka Courts Complex, New Delhi Cell # 9891152939

It is in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
I had given my complaint by hand.
The MC doesn't want to give signed acknowledgement or give me a proper answer what they will do for the leakage in my top floor apartment after the recent Major building repairs done by the society itself for the same purpose.

Is the MC correct in not giving me signed acknowledgement and also not officially/ properly replying for the action they will take on my complaint

Thanks

Send a written complaint per Speed post or Registered Post and endorse a copy to the Deputy Registrar of Co-Op Housing Societies of your Area. You may also send a copy of the complaint to Building and Factory department of Municipal corporation of Greater Mumbai of your ward. If your complaints are not attended by either authorities, you should file application under RTI to both the Authorities.
