I received a condone delay letter from a lawyer to present me before Chennai court on 31 August 2018, as iam not in town how can i manage it until my arrival? Kindly help me to sort out this issue

As iam working out of state and not in a position to travel and present me on the said date...what are all the details required for postponing or seeking dates to present

1 you may sign vakalatnama of advocate and give him authority to file application on your behalf to attend said court on said date for requesting court to give next date to submit your detailed reply.. 2.kindly note if no one attends courtthen application for delay condonation filed by otherside will be heard exparte and order may be passed by court on producing affidavit of notice service up on respondent by applicant. Vague query without any background of the case! Please clarify, condone delay for what and why you have not contacted your own lawyer?

You have to coordinate with your own lawyer for the case for advice and to convince him about your inability to attend, not to any expert at the LCI.

Take help of elders of your family, competent and experienced well wishers, seasoned PIP’s, helpgroups, and a very able LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in concerned field of law e.g; Family/Civil matters as in your case, and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/personal laws, precedence, latest judgments etc …. and worth his/her salt, and your counsel can advise you after examining all docs, evidences on record ..
There are such very able counsels at each location.
Check for such counsels at LOCAL Family/civil courts, HC, SC…
Your elders of family can show the said letter to your own counsel, or any counsel and can even send the copy to you by email/whatsapp and you can also show wherever you are.
