Filing divorce

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 26 June 2018 This query is : Resolved
Need suggestion, I had christian marriage through a marriage broker, i have been staying separtely along with my son for last 6+ years, I want to file divorce. how do i go about it.

I left my husband as he used to torture me for money. I was taking care of complete house expenses, sons education etc
Initially i supported him to clear loan upto 5 lacs.
He sold some of my gold ornaments with even telling me.
He was not working but told me he was working. Iam not sure if he is working or not
I also got to know that he has been taking loans from everyone and has not cleared that. At a future date, he shouldnt ask me to clear that loans
He is currently in touch with my son, i am worried for my son.

Please advise what can be done here.

Thanks in advance !

The Christian marriages are done in Church or in the office of marriage officer, not in the office of marriage broker, first clarify the details of your marriage.
The details of divorce etc will be clarified only after the confirmation of valid marriage if exists between you and the person whom you say got married.

Pls post with your ID and not as AQ and you can get many replies.
Your ID does not mean your email id or phone number and don’t post these also.
