Cancel of land registeri ( cancel purchase land deed)

Dear sir/mam,
my grandfather total land 2.5 hektare died in 2008 his 4 son 02 girl & grand mother after that land divide in year 2008 in 5 parts (04 son & 01 grand mother) after that my grand mother sell land 0.6 hectare Rs 8.10 lac on dt 01/01/2016 by mp land register act.

after that 04 son & 02 child want cancel sale property regestry.

so please sugest me sale land deed registery cancel possibility or not.

When your grandfather has 4 sons, 2 daughters and his widow (your grandmother), why the property will be divided into 5 parts, instead of 7 parts?
First clarify this.
Further, when you say the property has been divided in the year 2008, whether it was done by metes and bounds, i.e. whether each person's portion of land was clearly marked or not?
Whether the division of the property is in writing and signed by all?
Have you got the signed document with you?
If it was clearly marked, then whether your grandmother sold her portion clearly marked or not?
(I understand that if 2.5 hectare land was divided into 5 parts, each one will get 0.5 hectares and therefore your grandmother could not have sold 0.6 hectares.)
