Mere husband be dowry case me mere sister in laws k names delete karaadiye..one roof me nai rahte bolk reason bataakar charge sheet me se names nikaal diye..gov pp se Milne par uno department same hai mera..police k against nai jaata bolre..private petition protest petition daalkar add karaa sakte bolre..mere questions ye hai k 1) private petition daalne par kitna time lagta names add hone? 2) mujhe b jaana hoga kya hearings me private petition daalne par 3) aur kya kya methods hai jisse mai mere in-laws Ku add karaa saku..please help me..thank u

For this you do not have to file a private complaint, you can file a petition under section 173 (8) cr,.p.c. before the trial court seeking to re-investigate and include the names of all those people that were left out by the IO during investigation.
