Business same name

Hi I am running a business who has one similar name.like my busines name is solution abc. And abc is the also company which is international famous and in India also.they file a court case against me in Delhi high court for using their name.and compensation also demanding.abc name is also using many firm in India why the company try to my business stop.any one guide me what i do urgent

Does not seem to be a real case, as you do not seem to be so serious in defending such a serious case against you that too by a foreign company. You are liable to pay compensation for using the goodwill of the international company, besides having infringed the copyright act.

if there is any truth in your description, better hire some very talented and experienced lawyer to defend your case. Otherwise, be prepared to pay adequate compensation to the company.

I agree with above you may have to pay the compensation and you will have to change the name of the business. Appoint copyright and trademark experienced advocate to fight out the case.

The offences shall be for the trademark infringement.
You may give a reply notice denying the allegations.
Let them go to the court and let the court decide where you can strongly defend your interests relying on your own merits
