Hi sir i want to do LLb but want to practice as tax lawyer...
It is mandetory to do LLM for becme tax lawyer??
If i mantiond CA also on my advertisement board then this will be harmful for me.???
I pursuing CA but not completed yet.
Sir plz guide me how can i establish my office as a chartered account..
I do not hv strong family beground..

There is no need to do LLM to practice as a tax lawyer.
After passing out LL.B., (with your basic qualification of C.A.) you can very well practice as a Tax Lawyer.
There will be no problem if you put your Degree, CA and LL.B. after your name (after acquiring those qualifications).
If you have only CA, at best you can practice only up to the level of ITAT, but if you acquire LL.B. then you can practice up to Supreme Court.
The only thing is you cannot and should not Advertise.

Quite a premature query.

You are just a student of the CA course, cannot even be an associate CA as per the ICAI records and also talking about LLM in the air, when not taken up admission for the LLB course as yet. So how you can misrepresent yourself as a CA or a Tax Lawyer?

Complete the CA course first and only after that ask for any advice.
