Respected Sir my wife has filed a legal case against me against 498 and FIR was registered in 2017 I receive Notice from local Thana under section 41a to appear and as a part of Investigation now have APPLIED anticipatory bail and judge has grant 3 days notice period so will that be considered as approval of anticipatory bail or do I need to apply again for the same please give clarity on this

Your bail application is still pending as notice to the State/Police and other party(wife) sent and after 3 days the case will be heard again with the reply of the other party (wife)and the PP representing the State/Police. If the court satisfied with your bail application it will allow anticipatory bail or reject it, after which you can be arrested by the Police for its investigation purposes.

Sir as you said notice will be sent after three days means....i.o will confirm to court or automatically it will..although i had received notice under sec 41 a to join the inveatigation at police station...So there is no need to file again the acb application..

I told notice sentand after 3 days case will be taken up again, read my answer clearly.
If you have already filled application for AB why during its pendency another application to be filled.
You better consult your lawyer whom you paid fee rather posting query here in this free forum as you're confused person and free advice here won't satisfy you at all.

If you are seeking obligation of experts FREE OF COST you will have to disclose your identity as per rules of this platform. No reply for an "anonymous" author. Otherwise consult a local lawyer if you have lost faith in your lawyer.

If you have not approached such counsel then ASAP engage such counsel.
