Dear Sir/Madam,

Our grandfather's property is supposed to be divided among five children and our mother is the second person but she is deceased. Now the rest of our uncles and aunt want us to submit attested copy of aadhar and voter ID for obtaining family tree, please advise. There is no plan of selling the property.

No one can compel you to sale you property however other co-sharer can sale their share of property. So it can be said that you can retain your share of property.
