Arms act

What is meant by sec. 25/54/59 of Arms act, as in arms there are only 45 sections. So what dose the other numbers i.e 54 and 59 mean?

Even otherwise, did you read bare Act? If not, go through before seeking guidance of your tutor.
However, it is abuse of this site and Admin LCI should have deleted such question paper.
