Sir
I am a hindu married to a hindu girl in 2015 may month.
We couple have a baby boy of 9 month
Just after delivery my wife went to her maternal house never return back.
I persuaded her many times but she disagreed every time
I asked for mutual divorce she denied it too.
Just for my mental harassment.She is in govt job earning handsome as class 3 employee from 2011 in mp govt.
What should I do now .What is my right over my 9 month son.
Can a father be accused for kidnapping his own 9 month son.
Sir I am very depressed now a days.its very painful and humiliating act of her.
After my marriage she has been to her mother's house most of time.
My family tried and patched up every time then same happens again and again

Go and get her, bring her back to her matrimonial home, no use seeking divorce as you hardly have sufficient ground for the same. With small baby it's the duty if both parents to think about the care and future rather their own bickerings which takes them nowhere rather spoil three lives.

What exactly is the underlined reason?
Involve elders of your family to resolve the matter amicably and avoid altercations, verbal duel etc…and try to save the marriage and crease the differences if any…

Soon you may understand if the Lady sincerely wants to unite with you or not!
In the interim build some irrefutable evidence that can establish that spouse deserted you and kept you away from newborn child born from wedlock….and if any unreasonable demands were made or allegations were leveled…and you tried to save the marriage… and join the newborn child.
Take help of your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family matters and having successful track record….
A counsel worth his/her salt won’t advise to jump to litigation and shall provide counseling to save the marriage…
Remember the spouse may also have valid grounds and irrefutable evidences…
