I HAD FILED RTI APPLICATION...I GOT REPLY FROM THE CPIO THAT IF I NEED TO VERIFY DOCUMENTS I HAD TO APPROACH THEIR OFFICE WITH IDENTITY CARD....CAN CPIO HAS POWERS TO REPLY TO THE APPLICANT TO VISIT THEIR OFFICE FOR DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION........ALTHOUGH THERE ARE ONLY TWO TO FIVE PAPERS IN THAT DOCUMENTS.

Exactly, what objection you have on the CPIO's letter. Nobody can compel you to visit his office, if you do not intend to visit. Discuss the specific problem, if you really have.

The reply of SPIO and not CPIO (please check) is absolutely clear, unambiguous valid, and correct.
SPIO has allowed you inspection and proceed as you require.

If you have asked to inspect docs, verify docs then if CPIO has asked to visit office to verify then what the issue is!
