Am i eligible for upsc ias exam after caught drunk driving

i was caught drunk driving with 87 reading on breath analyzer in aug 2015 ,my vehicle was seized,license revoked for 3 months and i had to go to court paying a fine of 2000 to get my vehice released .. Will this be recored in my criminal record and affect my chances of joining UPSC civil services/IAS exam?

Why so much hurry for drink? You could have celebrated with drink even with your friends and relatives after clearing the UPSC. Even some of the UPSC Members would have been in the habit of drinking at some leisure time or on specific occasions.

Keep the copies of complaints/documents from PS obtained under RTI and certified copies form court safely with you.

Don't conceal anything per column in documents/forms/affidavits etc to be submitted to recruiter...
