About change the ownership of a room in sra scheme

sir,
i have a purchase a room in slum area in 2008.
and this slum area also eligible in SRA scheme and I have a shop also which is also eligible for the same scheme,
but i wish to transfer all the documents of room on my documents.
please suggest me what are the procedures for this??

You can also submit the room+ SHOP EARMARKED FOR SRA SCHEME ALONG WITH ANTECEDENT SALE DEEDS OR LINK DOCUMENTS.then ONLY IT AMOUNTS TO CONFERRING RIGHT,TITLE AND INTEREST ON THE PURCHASER.
