Harrasment from ICIVI BANK PEOPLE

In the year 2008 , personal took for 150000 and repayment made til 14 months , after that I am not able pay due to no job. Now also I am earning to run family not that much.
Now some people called to my neighborhood and told I have defaulted for bank and took my details. Also told ask me call back them else they will file police case. They also called my father and use in professional language since he don't have smart phone not able to record voice.
My father asked why u called our neighborhood, then they replied.i have rights to call anybody, if ur son is not paying then will send police to ur home and make him arrested. They are here and there threatening..
When the time of loan taken I gave undated, blank cheques, by showing that they are threatening. Please advise how to proceed further. I am end with no money.

As you have taken loan you have to return it. Arrange some money from relatives and pay or you will have to face the consequences. Take help of advocate so that he can give to you sufficient time for repaying the loan.

OTHERWISE TAKE HEP FR0OM RELATIVES.ONCE bank LOAN IS CLEARED YOU CAN HEAVE A SIGH OF RELIEF .
