Kindly help me in resolving above query.

For Gratuity, you have to be in continuous service of 5 years and more.

Some experts confirmed that your are not eligible for gratuity. I also agree with their opinion.
Now since Mr. Kumar Doab has asked you to post your ID, you will be justified to ask him whether by posting your ID, would you certainly become eligible to claim gratuity or he does not have the knowledge about Gratuity law?

By making 3 vague, unrelated and irrelevant posts in continuation, Mr. Kumar Doab, a fake expert without real name and ID, has demonstrated only the chronic state of his unsound mind. So, in what way he can claim to be an expert, more so when he does not know whether you are eligible for gratuity or not, but for what purpose he wants you to post your ID.

Eligibility for gratuity is continuous service for 5 years. However, the courts have ruled that 240 days of continuous service would count as one year.
Anyhow, you are ineligible.

Queries on Gratuity have been discussed in many threads that you can ‘SEARCH’ in ‘SEARCH’ option on middle of right hand side of this web page in Experts section and in ‘SEARCH’ option on bottom of right hand side of the web page in Form section…………….
You can also ‘SEARCH in other sections e.g; Articles, Judgments, Files………… And download even citations, judgments, procedures etc etc ……… Avoid posting photos/names/email id/phone numbers/addresses etc etc or attaching any document containing photos/names/email id/phone numbers/addresses etc etc and erase photos/names/email id/phone numbers/addresses etc etc while sending any documents to anyone, anywhere except your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/civil matters and having successful track record in handling such matters thru courts of law and with concerned authorities …

In this thread, you have stated, "no advice to an author, who is anonymous." BUT, A QUESTION ARISES, DO YOU REALLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GRATUITY LAW TO BE CAPABLE OF ADVISING THE QUERIST, WHEN MADE SUCH AN IRRELEVANT POST AND THEN ADDED 6 MORE VAGUE AND IRRELEVANT POSTS IN THIS THREAD?

Contrarily, I have made the querist aware of his ineligibility as per the gratuity law, whereas you treated my posts as irrelevant, when you are quite ignorant about service laws. Had you known something about gratuity laws, you could well have replied in a single post instead of making 7 vague and irrelevant posts.
I may or may not be Master of Law, but I have legal knowledge much more than you, may be even more than 10 times of yours.
