Sir I have cc account in oriental bank of commerce I got letter from bank for submit document for renew my account I already submit all documents as per bank demand and all documents checked by bank officer I also ask him they any other documents or any other information they said no and now suddenly on renewal date at mid night I got msg from bank they stop my limit now what should I do?

Contact the Bank, provide the required documents and get the limit renewed / started.

CC limit need to be renewed every year and for renewal certain operational and basic data are required, Bank would be unable to renew the limit in absence of any information required.

Providing the asked documents is not enough, you should contact the lender till limit is renewed as the work becomes pending in absence of required data.

Any deficiency in provided documents would be noticed only when analysed at the time of renewal and not at the time of submission.

Request the Bank to allow operation till limit is renewed. Promise to provide information in 2-3 days.
