Fraud marriage through matrimonial sites

What are the consequences after filing complaint/F.I.R in such cases where the accused who has produced fake certificates at the marriage registration office and sending marriage interests on different matrimonial portals even after the legal marriage ??

if he is married, then he could be booked under bigamy and cheating under various sections of IPC
