Seeking advice on property distribution

My brother was married and has no child but my sister in law want the property which is my parental property in which she wants share and my mother doesn't want to give her. How can be it solved?

In whose name the property is?

If it is in the name of father and father is alive, she or any other can not claim any share.
Owner of the property can sell / gift / mortgage / bequeath a will of the property, no one can object.

Even if father expired intestate, she has no share in the property, she is not a class I legal heir of your father.

Property is in the name of my father and is expired. My brother is also expired. My mother doesn't want to give her property.. what are the act that protect my mother's property and right

She has the married certificate issued from court does she have the right to claim the property

She is Your sister in law is also obviously Legal Heir of your father with Legal Rights which can not be Refused.A Legal suit by her would fetch her the Legal Remedies
