Not a legal problem. A very vague query also!

By the way, what your specific purpose is likely to be served if your wife writes "Mrs." instead of "Ms". or the advertisement for remarriage of your sister-in-law should also contain the same word, "Mrs."?

Why worried? If someone shows interest in marrying younger sister of your wife, that fellow or his parents would take care of background of your wife or her your sister checked. Even if they don't check, how that would affect you?

Her second marriage would not be legal without divorce.

If other party proceed believing the information as true, they can file cheating case against them.
