Hi, my wife has Sanskrit titions at home for 5th to 10th std kids at thane, MH. i stay at 1st floor. total kids count in my class is 25 as in total of all batches. other class on 5th floor having all subjects have more than 75 kids comes in.. so soc facing lots of problems as his classes runs till late upto 9.30 nite. bt soc failed to fight with him. decided to close down all commercial activities. bt i feel its injustice to us. soc dnt want to put up certain norms lke classes timings days to be maintained to avoid inconvenience. n we r in great need of our running home tutions.. would like to have ur help to tackle this situation.. can u pls guide me?

What is the floor area with No. of rooms of your flats at 1st floor and 5th floor?

Sir, We both have 550 SQFT area ( 1 BHK ) Both help tutions in the Hall of 120 SQFT.

Tuition in small batch / level is generally not considered as commercial activity.
However, if the society is bent upon against it, try for amicable settlement / discuss with lawyer and try for stay on such restriction.

To get stay from court is again other thing, but here we can not prove we are not commercial & its our Professional service n its my fundamental right even to have small home tution.
Why I am saying is in society we have Doctor n a Nursary is also running at ground floor, as decided in meeting soc is going to close down all commercial activities ( so for common man this nursary n clinic also will get close, but in actual they will prove they are having professional activity, so cant we not prove we r not commercial. because this is injustice to us.

Whom would you prove if society is not going to hear / consider.
If you go to court, discuss with your lawyer, he would find and argue for the grounds and merits existing in your favor.

When you hold classes in one BHK with 25 & 75 students each, respectively, which space is left for both of you husband and wife to live and do household activities in such small apartments?

hiiii... 25 stdnts as in total for year... each batch has 2-3 students only for hour batch. so we have 2:30 to 3:30, 3:45 to 4:45 and 5 to 6:15 batch at home.
