False 498a and 420 case

One married lady filed false case in PS claiming I am her husband. But she is married and having children's. Her first marriage is in existence. But she still filed fir as I am her husband. I have proofs of her first husband. I.e. Marriage certificate of first husband. What to do. Please advise. It is very urgent.

whether the FIR has been registered? If yes then you have to defend strongly before the court with the help of strong evidences.. no other option.

You have not given facts clearly.

when she is already married she cannot legally marry you.

please come with fats if there had been any illegal marriage.
