Dear Experts,

My wife has filed MC against me.,at the time of evidence submission,she submitted some photographs.,but some photos are tampered,at the time of cross examine of my advocate.,she agreed that i have tampered some photos....and same copy i have taken from cocern court.,in their clearly mentioned i changed some images in that photo like that.,
My Question is What shall i do this case.,Is there any chances to file against her?OR Shall i complain @local police station? Suggest me Plz.

Did not your Advocate cross examine her and suggested to her that her allegations were false and fabricated with a view to harass you? Further in ur evidence in chief as well as ur cross examination u should deny her allegations. The question of taking any action against her for false evidence should be considered after the court holds that the allegations are false
