High court stay

Dear Experts,

I have filed case against 3 members under IPC Sec:417.,but A2 and A3 are taken Stay @Hight Court.,on September 2015 onwords there is no progress in this stay extension.,
My Question is: What shall i do in this regarding and is there any changes to go Upper Court to Cancel the Stay.,Then which Court i apporach to cancel stay.,

stated in the petition filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to extend the stay
granted on 26-06-2015 in Crl.P.MP.No.6616 of 2014 in Crl.P.No.7148 of 2014.
CRL.P.No.7148 of 2014
Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances
stated in the petition filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to quash the
proceedings in CC. No. 247 of 2013 on the file of the III Metropolitan
Magistrate Court at Visakhapatnam.
Crl.P.MP.No. 6616 of 2014: Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,
praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition filed herein, the High
Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including personal
appearance of the petitioners in CC. No. 247 of 2013 on the file of the III
Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Visakhapatnam, pending disposal of Crl.P.
No. 7148 of 2014 on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
memo of grounds filed in the Crl.P., and order of the High Court dated 07-07-
2014, 26-08-2014, 19-09-2014, 12-11-2014 and 27-12-2014 made in
Crl.P.MP.No.6616 of 2014 and 26-06-2015 made in CRL.P.No.7148 of 2014 and
upon hearing the arguments of SRI P.S.P. SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for the
Petitioners, Sri M.V. Hanumantha Rao Advocate for the Respondent
No.1 and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No. 2, the Court made
the following:-
