Dear expert
A case u/s 340 crpc, was filed and then after "Not Press " on 24 April 2014. My query is that , this case can be file again under this section ?

I have seen many time whenever somebody ask a query, you are not giving the proper reply. Always put or reply with this type of sentence "that this is a academic query, you consult a local lawyer."
If you dont want to give the anser pls. dont demoralise the person with this type of reply. This is my humble request.
