@ sp,
1. You are anonymous person (with adoptive misleading name "sp") and we do not entertain such an author on this platform.
2. It is absurd, ridiculous and stupidity to repeat same question time and again, wherein experts have already advised.
3. What is the problem with "fountain pen" and how you are concerned drafting the query as question paper?
4. If you are a lawyer do your home-work to search citation, otherwise, request your tutor to deliver a good lecture.
5. It is abuse of this site and admin LCI must filter and weed out such question paper.
