I am the victim of cyber crime some one transfer fund from my bank account without my knowledge. I never share my bank details to anyone. Its online fraud transaction. I inform the bank and police by formal application but they do nothing even not lodge FIR. what shouf i do? I come to know that i may complain to adjudicating officers under it act 2000? Help me to save my hard money .

You may take up the matter with the Banking Ombudsman.

Use RTI to get information from Police and Bank if it is a Public Sector Bank.

if you have sent a written representation with evidence to Bank and Bank Grievance Officer, you can represent to Ombudsman of your region. You can file online complaint with evidence for remedy.

The Bank may not easily agree and may claim that say 3D password OTP was issued and breach of security is from your side...
You may need the support of a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/consumer matters and having successful track record.....
