Hi all
my wife put in case 498a in 2010 but that's falls case court is declining 2012. I got marriage in 2009 after 2010 still know my not leave with me I asking divorce she not agree. My planning going to onther marriage plz tell me what to do in leagle

settle the matter if possible arranging a meeting of elders, extremely dears and nears and try to take her for mutual consent divorce, which is the best and less time consuming way to divorce,
further, if you want, think again before getting divorce, there's always possibility of settlement.

i do stand with experts, what is the reason for the case, why don't you try for repatch the issue If not possibile, then you need to wait still the court order for divorce

first take divorce order from court and only then you can go for 2nd marriage.

Does your family roots /community/tribe have any proven custom that has legal sanction to remarry without divorced from 1st marriage?

If NO then court alone can grant divorce.

Involve elders of your family/community/tribe, near and dear ones and try to crease the differences and save the marriage, with their wise advise.
If nothing works try to end the marriage with their wise advice, on reasonable terms acceptable to both parties.

Involve a very able counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family matters and well versed with customs of your family/community/tribe.
Let the required evidences be built under expert supervision of your counsel and agreements etc be drafted so as to defend your long term interest.

MCD would be better.
Don’t’ remarry until you are properly divorced.
