We have property of our grandfather And he died intestate. One of grand daughter got remarried after death of her 1st husband. Can she claim on our ancestral property

On the given facts, you cannot say the property to be ancestral one.

But, you have not discussed about your father, uncle and other legal heirs of your grandfather. Any reason for that?

Vague query without complete information can not lead to form an opinion and advise you properly, discuss with a local lawyer.
Adv. Yogen Kakade (Expert) 08 June 2017
The remarriage of a grand daughter after the death of her first husband has no connection with her legal right over the property as a successor.
