Addition of name in flat

Dear sir,
My father bought flat in mumbai 30 years back in the name of my mother now i want to add 2nd name in flat so what is the procedure & required documents and charges for the same.
I have already given nomination form to society.

Your mother can gift some portion of flat to you and request the society to enter your name in the documents.

In Maharashtra there is no stamp on gift to near relatives.

Stamp duty is state subject and might be negligible in blood relations.

Check for all formalities and charges for transfer if any from society.
