Whether legal heir of my brother and other my two brother can execute settlement deed in favor of me?

if not possible what other option available?

If your brothers are not alive, his legal heirs can proceed provided deceased has left no will.

Decased has 2 property
For one property he alrrady executue a will in favour of his wife.

For 2nd property there is no will

Your brother's Self earned property would belong to his family only that is his wife and children only and you can not claim any rights or not even your brothers and sisters.His wife and children could obtain the Legal heir certificate and claim the Ownership Legally.If your Parents are there they could claim a Share and absolutely not you and any attempts or efforts would be Illegal.
