You could not properly draft even your query with merely a very small single sentence. I wonder, if you have really completed your LLB course. Nothing can be construed out of your vague query.

If your brother wants to appoint you as his lawyer in dvc case, you may better advice him to hire services of some local experienced lawyer, or be ready to lose the case from the very beginning of the case.
