i left a hotel in 2009, however as left out of country. now when i came back i keep asking my x hotel for my date of joining & leaving, they keep saying call later. can i register a complaint against them.

First, You send a Notice to the Management of the Hotel, requesting them to furnish the details of your joining and leaving for the reasons as required by you. But not to register a complaint, at the first instance.
