I lost my marriage certificate....plz tell me how i get my copy of certificate...bcz i need dat for mcd...plz help

Apply for copy of marriage certificate where the marriage was registered. but one thing is 2nd cerficate or copy of certificate will not be granted in most of the states but the extract of marriage register will be issued which is sufficient for all purposes.

Even an Affidavit signed by both of you with evidence like Marriage Invitation/Photographs would serve the Purpose.Confirm with the Bench Clerk of the Concerned Court when he/she is Free before or after Court hours.
