Regarding group c employee on post of jht in D E O sec'bad

Sir i recently joined defence estates office on 1 march 2017 as junior hindi translator having know idea about leave and other rules. Not even with any documentation procedures. No body is going to tell me personally to these so please tell me what best i can do. Secondly the post of jht on which i have been appointed. The office authority is not giving me work regarding my designation and duties as serving jht so what would be possible i can do. What are the chances of transfer its time period and how i can get it as early as possible?

Very vague query. You have joined just 9 days back and talk about leave rules, as if you have joined not to work, but to enjoy leave from the very start of your career.

You should not expect to know or learn everything about your office rules and procedures within just 9 days of your joining.

You may better search for some other job, if not satisfied with your present job.

not giving you translation work - if there is no such work that doe snot mean that no other work can be given to you.
