Dear Sir ,
I am Ashutosh from Varanasi.
Girl name Sofi Patel lived in Ahmedabad Ghatlodia fill false case on me under section 354D and 384 in April 2015.
Stating that Ashutosh Blacking mailing me for money but it was completely false.
Police arrested me and then court release me after two month.
and still my case is not open my Advocate take date form court only.
Sofi Patel yet not present in court even not her father (Ex BJP Politician )
please inform me how long I wait for finishing this case.
As relation Me and Sofi Patel are boy friend and girl friend we meet at mobile chat zone service.
But in police charge-sheet and FIR she denied about our relationship she or her father update that she is only friend.

Dear Ashutosh,
Your original query was "how long I wait for finishing this case." If your advocate takes only dates, there will be no time limit for your case to finish. The case can go on for indefinite period adding to your frustration & woes only.
Now you have asked for alternative. The alternatives can be:
1) To fight the case effectively through some other experienced and smart advocate to prove your innocence forgetting about friendship or relations;
2) To negotiate through some friends and relatives to arrive at some amicable solution;
3) If you want to continue to deal with your case through your present advocate, who takes only dates, you can continue to be harassed by your so called girl friend due to ineffectiveness of your advocate.
CHOICE IS YOURS.

You are from Varanasi and she is from Ahmadabad. How you got to know each other and what are the contents of the e-mail you sent.

but I have money problem
Sir we meet in Mobile company chat Zone (Friendship club)
After 3-4 month chat we share our no. and
she informed me that I am her 3rd close friend(boy friend) and also she said she like me. After some time one day I proposed her and she accepted it and then she proposed me and I accepted it.
She proofing her love she send me image of love letter.
and we are in relationship till 4-Dec-2013
and then she file application in crime branch Ahmadabad in 2014 and then IO called me and take sign on some kind of paper(written in Gujarati I don't know what he wrote in that paper) and than release me and again they come at my place in April 2015 and arrested me.

I don't want Mercy I'll not done anything wrong with Sofi.
earlier I think she love me and she did all this because of her father that's why I want compromise with her but now I understand she did every thing with her planed mind.
Now I like to hold God Yamraj Hand if court decided .
