Housing Society issue

I am member of housing society and society is adopt bye laws of Maharashtra housing society. The registrar issue notice to current managing committee under section 73 1 AB for not execute the M20 bond. The committee members are present at hearing filed a reply now filed was closed for order. 1) The current committee is now called special general body meeting. I want to know that the current committee have right to take sgm after the notice was sent and filed is closed for order ?
2) What is a legality of sgm which is called by current committee ?
3) There is any provision in law to take objections for taking sgm by current committee? Because as per article Hemant Agarwal state that if u not execute m20 bond in 45 days you have not right to sign any documents behalf of the society include society letter head.
4) Where to complain if I want stop the sgm?
