If you have any Evidence he Claiming to be an Advocate is fake first file a Complain to your State Bar Council.The Bar Council would charge a Fees of Rs 2000/- Roughly to Process your Complaint and Check with them Also make Complaints to All the Police Officials from IG level to Local Police and Land Encroachment Cell of Police in detail and also about his Blackmails and Threats.Send the Complaints by Speed Post with Acknowledgement.A News Paper Publication Regarding this also to be Done.Consult A Local Good Senior Advocate.

Unless and Until he had made a False Claim as an Advocate Like Visiting Card,Letter Heads,Name Board Etc as Evidence Such complaint will Not be Entertained
