Sir , I hv filed the petition for further investigation on 498 in lower court as the compliance of investigation has not been done proper as per complainant. No recovery of gold has been found during investigation on cloth and sone gifts were found. But after that police had not done or tried to recover .
Sir any useful judgement and advice to accept for allow of further investigation and recover of streedhan

Further investigation? Whether the case is under investigation or has ended in final report I mean investigation has been closed? If investigation has not been closed then you can file a petition before the Magistrate asking to call for progress report of the investigation from the police. If under investigation then submit in writing to the I.O the additional clue which will help him in recovery of the goods. If he has closed the case then file a Naraji Petition asking for further investigation.

If you are not satisfied with the Final Report u/s 173 Cr PC submitted by IO/SHO, which is against you, you may provide further clue(s) to the IO/SHO for supplementary/additional report.
You can approach the Trial Court for issuance of directions u/s 173(8) Cr PC for further investigation, if you feel some deficiency.
A protest report may also be filed in the Court.
